Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a line cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, full-service environment. You will set up and stock stations, prepare dishes, and work with chefs to ensure quality and timely service.

The role requires basic food knowledge, two years of experience, and strong English communication skills. This position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and growth opportunities within a culture that values hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Proper food storage knowledge.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the kitchen.
• Read, measure and execute recipes.
• Read and execute computer tickets for service.
• Apply knife skills required for service and preparation; maintain menu knowledge and presentation.
• Assist Chefs as needed in execution of service.
• Communicate with management, chefs and service staff to fulfill guest needs.
• Move furniture as directed by management and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Comply with safety and health procedures; maintain sanitation standards.
• Record and report equipment issues or hazards to management.
