Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook who is passionate about high-quality ingredients and safety. You will master prep, follow recipes, and partner with the Service Team to ensure timely, accurate dishes for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely.
• Adhering to all company and health department procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
