Qualifications

• Previous prep cook or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with staff and guests.
• Teamwork in fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Valid food handling certificate if required by state regulations.
• ServSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and package food products prepared to order or kept warm.
• Receive verbal orders for food product requirements.
• Maintain quality and production standards for all items.
• Ensure food is fresh and served at proper temperatures.
• Control portions and serving temperatures in concession stands.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
• Operate grills, fryers, and ovens as needed.
• Keep areas and equipment clean; proper storage of products.
• Sweep and mop floors; check with floor supervisor at shift end.
• Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance.
