Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, and sanitation controls.
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate business requirements, will require evening and weekend work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily food items for all kitchen stations and set up stations per guidelines.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstations and restock as needed.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the workspace.
• Adhere to safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials.
