Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare meals to brand standards and support a high-energy dining and entertainment venue. You will follow recipes, maintain food quality, and collaborate with the service team to ensure timely service while upholding strict safety and sanitation practices.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of line cook experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and availability for days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Attention to detail; ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with the Service Team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Adhering to health department food safety procedures.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
