Atlas Restaurant Group in Baltimore is seeking a Line Cook to join our full-time kitchen team. You will perform the complete cooking process, maintain sanitation, and support the creation of new menu items in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in high-volume kitchens, flexibility for varied shifts, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. A food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related high-volume experience.
• Must have a valid form of identification.
• Basic knowledge of English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock workstation with minimal supervision.
• Executing menu items from start to finish including preparation, cooking and plating.
• Work with seasonal ingredients.
• Participate in development of new menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of BOH work areas and equipment.
