Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group is opening Armada in Annapolis and seeks a hands-on Line Cook to own a station from prep to service. You will ensure dishes meet taste, timing, and presentation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You bring 2+ years in a high-volume kitchen, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset. This role offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within Atlas properties.

Qualifications

• Food handler certification may be required depending on location.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock your station efficiently and ready for service.
• Execute menu items from start to finish with precision and consistency.
• Prepare ingredients, including butchery and mise en place, as needed.
• Grill, sauté, fry, roast, and plate dishes to Atlas standards.
• Work with seasonal ingredients and respect product at every stage.
• Participate in the creation, refinement, and evolution of menu items.
• Continuously sharpen your skills and learn new techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including equipment, refrigeration, and prep spaces.
• Participate in daily and deep cleaning routines.
