The role requires 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, teamwork under pressure, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; part-time to 40 hours per person offered. Responsibilities

• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
