Responsibilities

• Prepares, stocks, and maintains high-quality cuisine following portion sizes, methods, and standards.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary workstation and follows safety regulations.
• Closes the kitchen and assists others with closing duties.
• Reports shortages or issues to the Chef promptly.
