Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) in Georgetown, SC is seeking a Line Cook to uphold high quality standards for every dish and to contribute to a memorable guest experience as part of a team.

You will stock, prepare, and cook according to our standards, maintain a clean workstation, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and support other kitchen staff across shifts with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in kitchen preparation and line cook roles.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine.
• Keeps workstation clean and sanitary; adheres to safety and sanitation standards.
• Closes the kitchen properly and supports other team members in closing tasks.
• Reports shortages or issues to the Chef immediately.
