• Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Check equipment and report malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Maintain a clean work area with clean‑as‑you‑go practices.
• Verify stock and organize the batter area and cooler, as needed.
• Ensure food products meet specifications and holding times.
