Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table, collects smallwares and prepares batter mix.
• Prepares and cooks food as directed by the Manager in Charge of the Shift.
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Monitors equipment and reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Maintains proper shortening level and temperature in fryers.
