Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table, prepares batter mix, and handles fryers.
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Maintains proper shortening levels and color balances fryers.
• Filters and cleans fryers according to safety guidelines.
• Prepares and cooks food according to the Manager's direction and quality standards.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas and cooler.
