Responsibilities

• Set up batter table and prepare batter mix.
• Ensure call sheets are complete and posted.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Color balance fryers and maintain shortening levels.
• Clean fryers and follow safety guidelines.
• Prepare and cook food per business needs and Manager directions.
• Maintain food quality and holding times per standards.
• Keep work area clean and stocked; assist with other tasks as assigned.
