Fiorella’s Jack Stack BBQ is seeking a Line Cook responsible for producing high-quality line items per restaurant standards, procedures, and plating guides. You will maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment, and perform opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities include preparing side items, ensuring safety and proper operation of equipment, and assisting team members while controlling waste and costs. Adherence to health regulations and appearance standards is required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No violent felony conviction.
• Ability to compute basic math.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Ability to stay calm and use good judgment.
• Ability to work under production deadlines.
• Ability to handle hot and noisy environments.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain cleanliness.
• Ability to work with others as a team.

Responsabilidades

• Completes opening duties according to restaurant standards.
• Prepare all side items in preparation for service.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment and uses it safely.
• Inspects cleanliness and organization of line and workstations; rectify deficiencies.
• Inform Kitchen Manager of shortages before item runs out.
• Communicate needed assistance during busy periods to ensure guest service.
• Assist team members in completing duties.
• Minimize waste to meet forecasted food cost.
• Breaks down workstation and completes closing duties.
• Maintain sanitation, health regulations, and uniform standards.
