• Maintain proper food storage, rotation, labeling, and organization.
• Follow systems for caterer and delivery loadout and double-check orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow food safety procedures including time and temp tracking.
• Adhere to recipe guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Support the team to keep the kitchen moving during peak periods.
• Contribute to an outstanding guest experience with every order.
