Fiorella's Jack Stack in Lenexa, KS is seeking back-of-house teammates for dish, grill, carry-out and prep roles. You will produce high-quality line items according to our standards and maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Complete opening duties according to restaurant standards.
• Prepare all side items in preparation for service.
• Maintain knowledge and safe use of equipment.
• Inspect and keep line and workstation clean and organized.
• Inform Kitchen Manager of shortages to prevent stockouts.
• Assist teammates during busy periods to ensure guest service.
• Minimize waste and help control food costs.
• Break down workstation and complete closing duties per standards.
• Maintain sanitation and uniform standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
