• Keep food properly stored, rotated and ready to go.
• Monitor food levels and prep based on business volume and guest demand.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and follow safety standards.
• Accurately track time and temperatures and product rotation.
• Support delivery of an exceptional guest experience and teamwork during busy periods.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
