Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, preparation guidelines, and specifications to ensure high-quality BBQ proteins and food.
• Keep food properly stored, rotated, organized, and ready to go.
• Monitor food levels and prepare products based on business volume and guest demand.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following all food safety standards.
• Accurately track time and temperatures, cooling procedures, and product rotation.
• Help ensure the kitchen is prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed and jump in wherever you’re needed most.
