Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue is seeking a kitchen team member to support a fast-paced operation with a focus on quality and safety. You will follow recipes, rotate and label inventory, and help maintain consistent food preparation for guests and events.

Physically capable of standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds, you will work closely with culinary staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a superior guest experience in a values-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, preparation guidelines, and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality culinary food preparation
• Keep food properly stored, rotated, labeled, and organized
• Prepare and maintain food levels based on business volume and guest needs
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating at a high standard
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep food preparation running smoothly and efficiently
• Help create an excellent guest experience by ensuring quality and consistency
• Jump in where needed and take on additional responsibilities to support the team
