Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO is seeking a Cook to deliver high-quality food from a clean, efficient kitchen. You will prepare items to order, follow recipes, and ensure correct plating while maintaining a sanitary station.

Qualifications

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and follows recipe guidelines.
• Ensures all prepared items meet quality expectations and plate specifications.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards per health department.
• Maintains a clean and safe workstation and completes all training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
