Job summary

Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Banquet Cook to assist in preparing and presenting meals for a variety of banquet events. This role supports kitchen operations and ensures high quality and consistency in every service.

You will work with the Banquet Chef to develop menus, handle large-volume cooking, and maintain food safety. Regular pre-shift meetings and a flexible schedule are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year culinary background.
• Strong cooking background and experience with large volume.

Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors and assists with food production and ensure its quality and consistency during preparation and service execution.
• Provides exceptional guest service through careful execution and immaculate presentation of food and beverage.
• Assists in daily kitchen operations and ensure its culinary readiness for service.
• Assists in developing menu in collaboration with Banquet Chef as needed.
• Monitors food production and ensures recipes are followed.
