This non-exempt role pays $18-$24 per hour and requires weekend and holiday availability. You will work with a collaborative team, maintain cleanliness, and support inventory and opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality of culinary services for guests.
• Prepare food quickly, safely and efficiently per standards.
• Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Accurately use technology to recognize and complete food ticket orders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization for safety.
• Assist with inventory, rotate ingredients, label prep items, and report shortages.
