Job summary

PopStroke Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced Cook to join our busy kitchen. You will contribute to high-volume food production, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

You must be able to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 40 lbs. The role is non-exempt and hourly, with a pay rate of $18–$24 per hour. Join a dynamic team focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality culinary services for guests.
• Prepare food quickly, safely, and efficiently per standards.
• Follow portion control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Accurately use technology to complete food ticket orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas for safety and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient workflow and timely service.
• Assist with dishwashing and additional prep duties as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and opening/closing procedures.
• Remove trash and operate trash compactor safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
