Qualifications

• Pass the federally mandated E-verify process.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• 1 year of experience in similar position preferred.
• Must understand use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment.
• Clear communication with managers, kitchen and dining room staff.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand in a kitchen environment for long periods (up to 8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Line Cook is responsible for cooking meats, seafood, vegetables, soups and other hot foods.
• Prepare and portion food before cooking and plate with garnishes.
• Plate and garnish cooked items and prepare garnishes for hot menu items.
