You will quickly prepare food, manage tickets, maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, and support opening/closing procedures. Weekend and holiday availability is required; strong communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality culinary services for guests.
• Prepare food quickly, safely, and in accordance with standards.
• Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Accurately use technology to recognize and complete food ticket orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area for safety and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory management and notify shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow and timely service.
• Assist with dishwashing and food prep duties as needed.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
