Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Must stand and walk long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality culinary services for guests.
• Prepare food quickly, safely, and according to standards.
• Follow portion control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Use technology to recognize and complete food ticket orders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization for safety.
• Assist with inventory and notify shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient workflow.
• Assist with dishwashing and prep duties as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Remove trash and operate trash compactor safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
