Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more daily.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 35 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and teamwork ability.
• Reliable transportation and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station during service.
• Read and execute tickets accurately while meeting timing standards.
• Plate dishes with consistency and presentation.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow food safety standards.
• Label, store, and rotate all food items properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support teammates and communicate effectively during service.
• Complete closing and cleaning checklists as assigned.
