Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Line Cook to join our Back of House team. You will cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and presentation, set up your station, read tickets, and work with teammates to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for BOH positions

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station throughout service.
• Read and execute tickets accurately while meeting timing standards.
• Plate dishes with consistency and attention to presentation.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety standards.
• Properly label, store, and rotate all food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support teammates and communicate effectively during service.
• Complete closing and cleaning checklists as assigned.
