Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook for our full-service kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items to high standards, maintain a clean workstation, and work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely service.

In this role, you will follow food safety guidelines, assist with menu development, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A gaming license (if applicable) and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required.
• Able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
• Assist with menu development, special events, and catering functions as needed.
• Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, especially during peak service times.
