Qualifications

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain gaming license if required.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Follow instructions from chefs to meet guest expectations.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist with menu development, events, and catering when needed.
