STK Miami is seeking a Line Cook to execute high-quality dishes with precision in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, stock stations, and maintain cleanliness and food safety while delivering consistent, superior plates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and consistency.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always.
• Execute all menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure all storage and production areas are properly organized and maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
