STK Dallas is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen. You will execute high-quality dishes at your station, maintain consistency with recipes, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong cooking techniques, sharp knife skills, and a commitment to food safety. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong culinary techniques and knowledge of food safety.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent knife skills.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes from assigned station with precision.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards.
• Read and process food tickets to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with daily prep tasks and ingredient stocking.
• Keep storage areas organized and properly maintained.
• Handle health department sanitation requirements.
