Mr. Hospitality Miami is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team in a full-time Miami kitchen. The role focuses on preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining strict food safety, and sustaining consistency during service.

The successful candidate will have prior line cook or similar experience, strong food prep knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment while standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Cook, Prep Cook, or similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation, including cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
• Set up, maintain, and clean workstations throughout the shift.
• Operate kitchen equipment including grills, ovens, fryers, and other cooking equipment.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with inventory organization, product storage, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support fellow kitchen team members during service and preparation periods.
