Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes from assigned station with precision and speed.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards for consistency.
• Read and process food tickets to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams for seamless service.
• Assist with daily prep tasks and stock ingredients.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of all areas.
