Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Omaha is seeking a Line Cook to join the Back of House team, bringing focus, consistency, and pride to every plate. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where quality, timing, and teamwork drive memorable guest experiences.

You’ll prepare, cook, and plate items, maintain stations, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with teammates. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities accompany competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 35 pounds.
• Patient, guest-oriented mindset and team cooperation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation and 18+ age for BOH positions.
