Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Brentwood, MD is seeking a Line Cook to join our Back of House team, bringing focus, consistency, and pride to every plate. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and timing matter, reading tickets, preparing and plating items, and maintaining food safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more and lift items up to 35 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and ability to work well with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station throughout service.
• Read and execute tickets accurately while meeting timing standards.
• Plate dishes with consistency and attention to presentation.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety standards.
• Label, store, and rotate all food items properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support teammates and communicate effectively during service.
• Complete closing and cleaning checklists as assigned.
