Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook role.
• Must read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to safety regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing.
• Report shortages, equipment issues, and quality concerns to Chef.
