The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is looking for a Line Cook to uphold high quality standards and deliver memorable dining experiences as part of a close-knit kitchen team. You will contribute to a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.

In this role you will prepare, stock, and maintain dishes while following standards for portions, cooking methods, and sanitation rules. A flexible schedule and reliable collaboration with staff and managers are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of kitchen preparation and line cook experience required.
• Ability to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Must communicate effectively with managers, staff and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine according to standard portions and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to sanitation regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others with closing tasks.
• Report shortages, equipment problems, or food quality issues to the Chef.
