The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is hiring a Grill Cook to join a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You will prepare high-quality dishes, maintain cleanliness, and follow standard portions and cooking methods to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

We emphasize hospitality and growth across 30+ locations, with a supportive team culture. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years' experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Ability to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Strong teamwork and communication with managers, employees and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to safety standards.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing tasks.
• Report shortages or issues to Chef in a timely manner.
