Calhoun's Lenoir City is seeking motivated Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will work one of our line stations—Window, Grill, Salad, or Fry—preparing items to our recipes and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock your assigned station before each shift.
• Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Monitor food quality and temperatures using digital thermometers.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout your station.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues.
• Learn new menu items and seasonal specials as they are introduced.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
