Calhoun's in Pigeon Forge is seeking a Cook to join the kitchen team on the line (Window, Grill, Salad, Fry). Responsibilities include preparing products for the station, maintaining accurate temperatures, and upholding a clean, sanitary work area while following all recipes and procedures.

The role requires familiarity with menu specifications, quick and efficient work, and the ability to learn new menu items and specials as they become available. Benefits are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a digital scale and thermometer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance).
• Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday.
• Prefer kitchen line experience. Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for the station and maintain accuracy of product temperatures.
• Keep a clean and sanitary work environment and perform all food procedures correctly.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly.
• Assemble ingredients according to menu specifications and become familiar with new menu items and specials.
