Responsibilities

• As a Line Cook at The Sicilian Butcher, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, bringing bold flavors to life during every service.
• Cook and prepare a variety of dishes according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling items.
• Safely utilize kitchen utensils and equipment, including knives, ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines.
• Store food properly, following safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies, including sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
