Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Line Cook for a full-time exempt role. You will perform the complete cooking process, from ingredient prep to plating, ensuring consistency and sanitation across all kitchen stations.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, executing menu items, working with seasonal ingredients, and contributing to new menu development. Requires a high school diploma and 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience, with flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related high-volume experience.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock workstation with minimal supervision.
• Execute menu items from start to finish, including preparation, cooking and plating.
• Work with seasonal ingredients and assist in development of new menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of BOH work areas and equipment.
• Assist in regular and deep cleaning of kitchen spaces.
• Possess flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
