Atlas Restaurant Group is hiring a Prep Cook in Baltimore. Prepare ingredients, follow prep lists, handle basic cooking tasks across stations, and maintain a clean, organized station. You will label, stock, and portion ingredients for nightly prep lists while complying with sanitation guidelines.

The role supports line cooks and chefs, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience in a thriving restaurant group. A high school diploma and 1 year of cooking experience are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow chef-created prep list to plan duties.
• Label and stock ingredients for accessibility.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings for recipes.
• Prepare ingredients by washing/chopping vegetables and meat.
• Perform basic cooking duties (reductions, parboiling).
• Prepare simple dishes and salads.
• Keep kitchen clean and stocked; label items properly.
