Job summary

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is seeking an experienced Line Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation. You will ensure that dishes meet high standards and work with the team to maintain quality and consistency.

The role requires familiarity with various cooking techniques, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid Food Handlers Certification is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food Handlers Certification required
• Experience as Line Cook or similar role preferred
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock your assigned station before each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, portions, and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor quality and freshness; report issues to management.
• Assist with inventory and reporting shortages.
