World of Beer is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare food per recipes and standards while keeping a clean, organized workstation and adhering to safety procedures. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with energy and enthusiasm.
• Clear and effective communication is required.
• Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire or per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to WOB recipes, portions, cooking and serving standards.
• Follow the prep list created by Kitchen management.
• Label and stock all ingredients so they are organized and accessible.
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Store all food and station items properly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure timely dish preparation.
• Maintain kitchen area cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
