Job summary

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, coordinate food prep, and ensure dishes meet high standards.

Responsibilities include setting up line stations, following recipes, practicing food safety, and collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house staff. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required; prior line cook experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary experience in a Line Cook or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Set up and stock assigned station with necessary supplies and ingredients before each shift.
• Utilize grilling, sautéing, frying, broiling and baking techniques to prepare menu items.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, ingredients, portions and presentation standards.
• Adhere to proper food handling, storage and sanitation procedures.
