Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, plate, and garnish menu items while upholding the Executive Chef's standards. This role includes setting up the station and maintaining sanitation throughout service.

Open positions require a background in high-volume kitchens, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and quality. Benefits are available for eligible full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen tools and appliances such as knives and grills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each day and contribute to a great guest experience.
• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate needs.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare, assemble, and plate items per recipes.
• Communicate delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Read a thermometer and kitchen tickets accurately.
• Account for all items leaving a station.
• Follow allergy procedures and special orders.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and MSDS.
• Be a team player and follow employment policies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
