Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, plate, and garnish high-quality menu items under the Executive Chef’s standards. The role involves setting up stations, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring timely service in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to operate, clean and maintain kitchen tools and appliances (knives, grills, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your A Game each day and contribute to a premier guest experience.
• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items per recipes and special requests.
• Maintain sanitation, safety standards, and portion controls.
• Communicate delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Follow all rules, policies, and opening/closing duties.
